Clean and tidy.
Reception was feedy on time for pre-op process today 14/12/18.
Nurse explained brilliently OP process and make me very comfortable.

Warm welcome by the receptionist team and nurses.
Excellent anaesthetist. Wonderful surgeon, minimal discomfort.
